MUST HAVE A WORKED WITHIN THE PUBLIC SECTOR BEFORE This is a mission critical programme and being delivered under programme and project management (Prince2 methods). currently establishing a Programme Support Office and need a PSO Assistant Manager to help the PMO manage the work we need to deliver. This means someone co-ordinating and pulling together all the reporting and briefing we need to inform the different project boards, programme board and ODPM Board. Applicant needs to be familiar with project*programme management principles, like risk management*register, Issue Management*register, be able to produce highlight reports and strong skills in communication, taking minutes at meeting and taking forward actions from these meeting quite quickly. Someone with good IT skills, like, outlook, word, powerpoint, excel and it would be very useful if they have MS Project.
